Form F (program art competition) due

Form F concert program - art competition entries are due at Engadine West Public School by 5pm Friday 23 May 2025.

Please refer to the 2025 SSSMF Concert program - art competition document for full details.

All entries must:

• be no larger than A3 size (42cm X 29.5cm).

• have a copy of the permission note FORM F glued (not stapled or pinned) to the back of the artwork signed by the child, his/her parent/carer and teacher. Please check spelling.

• be received on or before Friday 23 May - Week 4, Term 2.
